Miley performed her single "7 Things" for GMTV in the UK yesterday, October 30. 

This morning she was spotted getting on a train in London, and only a couple hours later Miley Cyrus emerged from the Eurostar in Paris, France.  She looked excited to be in the City of Lights, joined by her mother Tish as she flashed a peace sign to the paparazzi. Continuing on with her time in the UK, Miley Cyrus was spotted arriving at London’s St. Pancras train station to catch the Eurostar to Paris following an appearance on GMTV this morning (October 30).  She looked stylish in a black jacket, pink top, black trousers, and lace-up heels as she exited her vehicle, clutching a cup of coffee.
