“The 2008 Family Entertainment Awards, formerly known as The Family Television Awards, will air as a one hour special on Friday, December 12 at 9:00 pm ET/PT on The CW. Joining this year as host is Tyler James Williams (Everybody Hates Chris). He will highlight the year’s top moments in family friendly entertainment, including television shows, movies, and video games. 

The show will include appearances by:
Blake Lively, Mario Lopez, Ryan Seacrest, Simon Cowell, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennie Garth, Derek and Julianne Hough, Cody Linley, Leona Lewis, Mary Hart, Camryn Manheim, Neal E. Miley recently told a talk show that wearing a wig doesn't work out for her in real life. She tried wearing a wig one day to travel incognito and it caught on fire.

She says, "I had the idea (to go out in disguise) so I got a wig and it was really short, a tomboy cut, and I decided to straighten it. I'm sitting down and all of a sudden I start smelling smoke. I thought, 'What is that?'
