Always willing to take time out for her fans, Miley Cyrus was spotted signing autographs in New York City on Friday afternoon (November 28). The “Hannah Montana” starlet is staying in the Big Apple following an appearance in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday morning. Click here more pics!
